My home is being sold as furnished. So, if you see it in the photos, it comes with the house.

Here are photos of the laundry room, which sits off the family room at the south end of the mobile home, nearest the road.

The ladder does stay with the home, and fits in nicely between the washer and dryer.

Everything you see in the utility closet stays with the home.

The vinyl floor is in great condition.

The Roper washer is a mid-sized model with 2.6 cubit feet load capacity. It was new in 2010.

The dryer is a Whirlpool which was bought around 2000. It still works great, but then I have never overloaded it.

This is the exit door in the utility room. Since it faces the road, it is much more secure than doors which open to the back of a home.

Below you can see a hole in the wall by the door, about the size of a nickel, which won't be repaired.
