Exposed                   [Part 1 of my COVID-19 Trilogy]

Consider reading along to my Spoken Verse Performance.

VERSE 1

It was the time of Corona.

The lock down gave us the blues.

Fact is that I ain't a stoner.

So I sought guidance from Fox News.

VERSE 2

"A Hoax!" was exclaimed on it's appearing.

"Breaking News" which cast the first impression.

Those who were behind social engineering,

Wanted to chip us all, without question.

CHORUS

Got exposed once.

Shame on them.

Got exposed twice.

Shame on the system.

Got exposed thrice!?!

Should have found the problem.

VERSE 3

Anti-Maskers refused to be misled,

By cautions about massive viral loads.

Refusing to accept what scientists said,

Flushed livelihoods right down the commode.

VERSE 4

You say it wasn't your fault. Yeah, we get that.

The CNN posts you shared were all ignored.

Your family needed to have a private chat,

With Dr. Fauci, when COVID metrics soared.

VERSE 5

We all have a healthy fear of our bosses.

It can justify the spreading of mistruths.

Most puzzling were Secretary DeVos'.

Her edict ignored the safety of our youth.

CHORUS

Got exposed once.

Shame on them.

Got exposed twice.

Shame on the system.

Got exposed thrice!?!

Should have found the problem.
