INTRO
Hear me ladies, if you've shed a tear,
Cause your man's yapping caused the breakup.
If you like silent men,
Then your choice is clear,
A mime, yeah the guy in white makeup.
VERSE 1
Spent my evening on the match dot com,
After e-harmony snubbed me.
Kicked my last Mister Right
To the curb just last night,
For not shutting up at a movie.
Now I can't wait, need a wedding date
for Saturday, so screwed if I'm not there.
Down go my standards, for this once.
But know that he's gonna have hair.
Dear God please won't you let him have hair.
VERSE 2
Not one worthy prospect in the bunch,
So I had to get out and mingle.
God I hate that scene
But I'm in a crunch.
Oy vey, it's a bitch being single.
No time to waste, I was on the hunt,
Then I sensed a strong shift in the wind.
The clock said it was time to punt,
When a guy in makeup strolled on in.
Oh my, a guy in makeup strolled on in
VERSE 3
I just knew he was the silent type.
Though his face wasn't much to look at.
Soon as he took a seat,
I laid down a stripe,
And hoped we could skip all the chit-chat.
He stood right up, then he flashed that smile.
I'm sure there was no way that he stuttered.
When his gloved hand pointed at the front door.
You have to know that my heart fluttered.
That's right, You have to know that my heart fluttered.
BRIDGE
Say what you want about their craft,
But I'll happily pay for his suite rent.
A mime's the only one who can make me laugh,
While he gives me the 'silent treatment'.
VERSE 4
Hear me ladies, if you've shed a tear,
Cause your man's yapping caused the breakup.
If you like silent men,
Then your choice is clear,
A mime, yeah the guy in white makeup.
Girls like to look back from time to time,
And relive our all time favorite loves.
And for me the greatest will be a mime.
A fellow wearing makeup and gloves.
Yeah my fellow wears makeup and gloves.
The End.
