To begin, I'll give you a brief quiz,
To tell which job you should apply.
The first question you need to answer is:
Do you mind being managed by AI?
If to video monitoring you're numb.
And data collection has your devotion.
The suits at the top will say: "Welcome!"
Yeah, you're sure to get quick promotions.
But if the future you fear the most,
Has AI bosses from 4 to 11.
Compared to that, an assembly line post,
Sounds like a little slice of heaven.
The fast food joints still find humans,
To be the best first line bosses.
And on the farm, having 2 good hands,
Really cuts down on the losses.
And, of course, there'll be people in HR.
I mean, at the minimum, one or two.
Someone who thinks it isn't bizarre,
That you have not checked the FAQ.
Yeah, we can't expect much sympathy,
When we whine about the human condition.
But the company tells us that empathy,
Will be in the next AI edition.
Brings to mind the commercial cash-in,
Where the rapper-actor called Common,
Predicted that, in thespian fashion,
Microsoft's AI System would be awesome.
And every company has it installed.
To be Y2020 compliant.
When many problems will be resolved,
By not being so human reliant.
Now that I have your answers,
To questions about employment preferences.
If your resume meets our strict standards,
We'll examine your list of references.
Of course, I mean your Facebook friends.
Sourced from Cambridge Analytica, for a fee.
With their assistance, we might comprehend,
Why you cheered for the Pats in February.
Great news! We recognize your potential.
On our team, there's no doubt you'll be a star.
Getting along with your boss is essential.
Click a link to bring up it's avatar.
And once you see it displayed on the screen,
Just behave as if it were carbon based.
You'll find your AI boss will not get mean,
Unless you choose 'grizzled burnout' for it's face.
If we determine that you're a top flighter.
And for AI devices you show a flair.
I think your future will be much brighter,
In the righteous realm of robot repair.
